My Story
Claire Eastham is an award-winning author, speaker, and social anxiety coach whose journey has inspired thousands. Once consumed by fear and convinced that the world despised her, Claire lived a life ruled by avoidance and self-loathing. Simple interactions—like making eye contact, joining lift conversations, or speaking up in meetings—felt impossible without alcohol as a crutch.
Today, she is unrecognisable from that woman. Claire has appeared on live television, including the UK’s biggest morning shows, written for leading magazines and news outlets, published two bestselling books (We’re All Mad Here and F**k, I Think I’m Dying), filmed a documentary with Bake Off’s Nadiya Hussain, and even spoken at 10 Downing Street. Her work has taken her across the world to speak at conferences, including engagements at Disney and Stylist Live.
With more than a decade of lived and studied experience in social anxiety, Claire now dedicates her career to helping others break free from fear and reclaim their confidence. As a coach, she brings both compassion and practical expertise, guiding clients with empathy and empowering them to thrive in situations they once thought impossible.
