My Story
Brad Yates is an internationally recognised expert in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), known for helping individuals overcome emotional and mental blocks to live more empowered lives. With over two decades of experience, Brad has worked with a wide range of clients, from CEOs, professional and NCAA athletes, and corporate attorneys to psychiatrists, chiropractors, and individuals recovering from homelessness and addiction. He also spent several years teaching a weekly EFT and guided imagery class at Sacramento Drug Court.
Brad has presented at numerous events, including multiple International Energy Psychology Conferences and Jack Canfield’s Breakthrough to Success. He has led teleseminars alongside figures from The Secret, such as Bob Doyle and Dr. Joe Vitale, and is a recurring expert in the widely attended Tapping World Summit.
He is the author of the best-selling children’s book The Wizard’s Wish and co-author of Freedom at Your Fingertips. His work has been featured in the film "The Tapping Solution," where he appears alongside notable figures such as Jack Canfield, Bob Proctor, Dr. Bruce Lipton, and Dr. Norman Shealy. Brad has also made appearances on various international internet radio platforms.
With a background in drama, Brad is a graduate of Ringling Bros. & Barnum & Bailey Clown College and has performed internationally as an actor. His eclectic career includes a role in the film Chaplin and an appearance as a doctor on Days of Our Lives. Initially trained as a hypnotherapist while pursuing his acting career, Brad eventually shifted his focus to personal development full-time—a path he felt deeply called to after discovering EFT.
Since then, he has become one of the most prolific EFT practitioners online, with over 1,000 free tapping videos available on YouTube, covering a wide range of topics, including anxiety and fear, as well as confidence, creativity, and self-worth. His work is rooted in empathy and accessibility, based on the belief that personal growth shouldn’t feel like punishment; it should feel like coming home to oneself.
Brad’s mission is simple yet far-reaching: to help people feel better, do better, and live better through tapping. His dream is to bring this healing modality to as many people as possible around the world
