
My Story
Rachel E. is a mental health and fitness coach, author, and mother of three who turned her decades-long struggle with addiction, obesity, and severe mental illness into a mission to help others reclaim their lives. After years of silently battling her diagnoses while watching high-performing professionals do the same, she experienced a defining moment: she realized that silence around mental health was only feeding the stigma.
Rachel made the courageous decision to share her story and guide others toward natural, balanced healing. Today, she is medication- and substance-free, having lost over 90 pounds through holistic practices. She published The Self-Regulated Mind in 2022, a step-by-step guide for reducing psychiatric medication safely. Through her coaching, she helps clients find vitality through fitness, nutrition, and nervous system regulation — always advocating for informed, empowered choices rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.
She believes that real change takes courage, faith, and resilience, and her deepest goal is to help others feel seen, inspired, and capable of transformation. For Rachel, every life is worth saving — and every struggle has the power to become a story of strength.
